My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable, but the room was excessively hot and stuffy despite the heater being off. The service was very accommodating and friendly, but it varied each morning. The location, although overlooking the frozen river, was a little away from the center, not ideal for tourists, but just a 5-minute walk from the highly recommended Opera theater building.
